Questions
Hard or soft bite splint?
Hard acrylic splints are durable and can be adjusted to the bite; soft splints are more comfortable for short-term use. Note your choice on the RX form, or call the lab to talk it through.
How should I pack impressions?
Disinfect impressions and bites, bag them where possible, wrap models, secure everything so nothing moves in transit, and label the box clearly.
Do you work from digital scans?
Yes. Scans from 3Shape TRIOS, iTero and Medit are all accepted.
